IT Consulting – Project Management, IT and ERP

Consulting is provided in the form of Project Management in areas of IT (Hardware & Networking), ERP (SAP) Training and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). The methodologies used are primarily Waterfall and Scrum/Agile. Through close co-operation with appropriate Business unit(s), options are presented for least impact on the on-going business. An “incremental” BPR approach is used for process implementations. I am an an experienced Project Manager returning to the ERP aena. The following bullet points summarizes what I bring to the table:

• Hands-on Global Program Manager with diverse background in Project management (Agile/SDLC/Waterfall), business process re-engineering management, people/customer/vendor management, budget ($10M @ Shell), resource and timeline oversight in start-up and corporate environment. He is looking for an opening after a ten-year gap due to health reasons.

• Extensive Project management, liaison & reporting involved but not limited to earned value, actual costs, CAPEX, OPEX, critical path, risk analysis/mitigation, Issue resolution, using JIRA, MS Project, Clarity.

• As part of each project managed go-lives/project cutovers, UATs & FATs & global deployments including US, LATAM, Europe & Asia

• Received multiple commendations from different companies for project/program execution. Type of projects executed were application development, turnaround projects, business operational optimization, reporting, upgrades and support projects. MS Project (Project server) & Primavera tools were used for project planning and execution.

• Certified PMI-ACP, PMP & Experienced in all phases of Agile & SDLC methodologies, strategic bid management RFI/RFP, analysis, design, development, go-live cutover & deployment and operational planning, financial/status reporting and execution using Agile/PMI/PMBOK & ASAP methodology. 

• Managed diverse groups of global customers/vendors, SLAs. Also included off-shore teams, “C” level & business stake holders.

• Managing / Executing Change management component (OCM) in all ERP (SAP) projects formed an integral part of project management duties and was successfully completed in every project. FI, CO, ES, AM, PS, MM, PP, SD.

• Facilitated all meetings including team meetings, steering committee meetings,

• Transactional data & Master data conversion, Master Data Governance played an important part in every project

• Lead & Established an SAP global technical training department for a large Big 4 consulting organization in US from ground up.
• Additional skills and experience are: SAP design and configuration in PP and MM, hardware and software design / development experience in data communications, networking (ethernet 802.3/ broadband 802.4/ token ring 802.5), Broadband experience, interface design, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), Air Traffic & Air Command and Control systems and high-speed telecommunications.

• In addition, Mod has managed government projects in UK, Brazil, India and Middle-East.
• Developed broadband business support from ground up in Europe
